Since poor body oxygenation, or hypoxia, is a key factor in all diseases, especially chronic diseases and respiratory diseases like CORONA-19, this is a vital health measure.

Despite this, few doctors routinely check their patient’s body oxygenation.

You may have had a blood oxygenation test, but this only gives a measure of how well your blood is oxygenated but this is rarely the same as your body tissue oxygenation.

This simple test offered here measures your Control Pause (CP), a measure developed by Professor Konstantin Buteyko based on a lifetime’s clinical research.

There is a widespread misunderstanding that the blood oxygenation measure is not an adequate measure of body tissue oxygenation. It is not uncommon to have a 99% blood oxygen saturation yet have significant hypoxia in the tissue.

Everyone can improve body tissue oxygenation with breath training and the Buteyko Method is an internationally proven training method.

You can start your own breath training if your Control Pause was less than 45 to 60 seconds two ways:

either entirely on your own with the free podcast training course of fifteen episodes (this is fine for most people with a CP  between 25 and 45) “Better Breathing Means Better Health” HERE

or with our 1-2-1 Skype Training Course ( Strongly advised for those with a CP under 25, as individual support is usually needed with the low body oxygenation)  HERE
